Free UK Delivery

Free standard delivery is automatically included on all orders being delivered within the United Kingdom.

As this is a complimentary delivery service, delivery times may vary and we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date or timeframe. We will always aim to prepare and dispatch your order as promptly as possible.

Express Delivery

Customers who require their order sooner can select Express Delivery at checkout for an additional charge.

The express delivery charge and any available estimated delivery information will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Express delivery estimates are provided by the delivery carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. During busy periods, product launches, promotions and bank holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be provided where a tracked delivery service is used.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and correct.
